How services are delivered
After payment is confirmed, your service appears in the client panel at cloud.baremont.in and we email the login details (IP address, username and password or SSH key) to the address on your account.
Delivery times
- VPS and cloud instances: set up automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment.
- Dedicated servers: usually ready within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the configuration and location.
- Orders that need verification: some orders are checked by hand before activation. We email you if we need anything.
If delivery is late
If a service is not active within the times above, open a ticket or email [email protected]. If we cannot deliver the service, you get a full refund as described in our refund and cancellation policy.
No physical shipping
We do not ship hardware or any physical goods. There are no shipping charges.
